Jens studied tourism and economy in Germany and France while doing a two year Management Trainee Program at Tjaereborg in Germany. After being Product Manager and hotel contractor for a German tour operator for Spain, he changed to be Marketing Manager for Hurtigruten/The Norwegian Coastal Voyage, where he was responsible for all marketing and product activities in the German market for 7 years, before starting INBOUND Services. Since 2022, he also is president of the BVDIU – the Federal Association of German Incoming Companies

Wenche Ruth Werner

Director of Sales

Wenche started her working path as a guide for Tjaereborg Reiser in Paris and Spain. Returning home after 3 years she started working for SAS Hotels, later Radisson Hotels.

She tried out several departments as the switchboard, reservations and Sales Manager. The job for Radisson brought her to Hamburg in 1999.

In 2001 she founded INBOUND Services together with Jens Blaumeier and was owner and responsible for sales for 21 Years and loved to accompany the big groups to assure a smooth operation of the event.

In 2022 she left INBOUND Services to follow a dream.

Since then, Wenche is back to basic tourism, as a yoga teacher at the holiday island Fehmarn in Germany

INBOUND Services is happy to have Wenche back on board, working on Sales in the Nordics.

Finn Oelsner

Senior Sales & Project Manager

Finn started working in the Hotel Business, first in Hamburg, Germany  and then in Stockholm, Sweden where he  worked in different positions. While working within the hotel business in Sweden, Finn studied the Swedish language and learned a lot about the culture. Since  2008 Finn is working at INBOUND Services as Senior Sales & Project Manager where he can combine his passion for travelling  with his knowledge of the tourism industry.  He is responsible for Sales and likes to meet people, get to know them and exchange ideas.

Maika Marrot

Senior Sales & Project Manager

Maika grew up at the Baltic Sea and spent a lot of time of her childhood and study period in Norway. After school she started to study Geography and Scandinavian Studies in Greifswald. During that time she got interested in the tourism industry and decided to study tourism in Lillehammer for one year. She gained practical experiences during her internships at the “Norwegian Polar Institute”, “Innovation Norway” and within the field of consultancy for tourism. As Maika is interested in working with Scandinavian customers within the tourism sector she finally started at Inbound Services in May 2012.

Boris Blazic

Senior Sales & Project Manager

Norwegian music, Danish design, Bullerbyn, IKEA, meatballs and seemingly endless forests – all these are terms well-known in Austria. Boris wanted to go to the bottom of these stereotypes and studied Scandinavian Studies in Vienna, expanded his field of knowledge on the Baltic Sea region and spends his holidays mostly in the Nordic countries. About Vienna, he loves the special impolite friendliness of the people, good food and the vineyards within the city.

Katrin Voelkner

Senior Operations & Project Manager

Having spent every summer holiday in Scandinavia, Katrin were already influenced by the Scandinavian culture in her childhood. With this background it was obvious to spend a year in Norway after finishing her training as a bookseller. Back in Germany, Katrin decided to study Scandinavian languages in Hamburg and made her first experiences in the tourism sector by working as a tour guide for Hurtigruten. After some detours where she gained knowledge in team-assistance, she is very happy to be back in Scandinavian surroundings and be a part of the team of INBOUND Services.

Tanya Heyer

Senior Sales & Project Manager

 

Tanya has always had a special interest in languages and began learning Swedish during in school. Due to various stays in Sweden, she decided to study Northern European Studies and Intercultural Communication. During her studies, she lived in Stockholm for half a year, improving her Swedish skills and getting to know the country and its people even better. When she finished her Master’s degree she started at Inbound Services in November 2017. After a two-year covid-break, she is part of the INBOUND team again since August 2022.

Judith Erdmann

Senior Sales & Project Manager

Judith comes from Greifswald at the Baltic Sea, where she learned Swedish in school. She solved her trainee ship in hospitality in a small hotel at the beautiful Northern Sea. Later she moved to Hamburg, where she worked for various international hotels and a famous German star chef. After 11 years in hospitality she wanted to face new challenges and started at INBOUND Services in July 2018 as a junior project manager, where she worked until December 2020. In January 2022 she returned as operation manager after a one-year break.

Roald Schramm

SALES & PROJECT MANAGER

Studing acting in Berlin and worked for many years as an actor at various theatres, and in film and television. He met a Norwegian woman at the Altonaer Theatre in Hamburg. This led to a love of the country and the language. The relationship ended, but the language remained. In addition to acting, he increasingly worked as a guide in his native city of Berlin for Scandinavian and later also English-speaking tourists. He also founded the company PlayingBerlin with two colleagues and offers city rallies and guide services in Berlin and Potsdam.

Thomas Kirchenmajer

Head of events

Thomas is an experienced event professional with over 20 years in international project management and creative concept development. His expertise lies in combining innovative ideas with precise logistical execution to deliver high-impact experiences for global clients. Having successfully built and managed agencies in Germany and Austria, he brings entrepreneurial spirit and a strong operational mindset to every project. A passionate marathon runner, Thomas finds inspiration in long-distance endurance—both in sport and in business—where persistence and creativity go hand in hand. Based in Munich, he continues to challenge conventional event design with fresh ideas and an unwavering drive for excellence.

Stefan Blasius

Director Events

Born on the German-Dutch border, Stefan spent almost 10 years in the Netherlands, where he not only lived, but also pursued his dream of professional football at the Roda JC Kerkrade academy. This was followed by further living in Cologne, London and Munich, which further shaped his interests and consequently led to studying event management and a professional career in the MICE business. Stefan has been realizing corporate events of various sizes and formats for over 15 years now and is pleased to be able to do this again from the Düsseldorf location in his new old home after 8 years in Munich.

Madeleine Lengert is an event manager from Berlin with over twelve years of experience in MICE and incentive events. She has a strong network in Berlin and is also well acquainted with Munich. Madeleine looks forward to creating exciting events together.

Director Events

Matthias worked in various positions for the German branch of the Liberty International Tourism Group for over 21 years in Berlin, serving as Managing Director the last years. Having lived three years in Japan, Matthias has adopted a very service-driven and customer-oriented approach. With the great experience he gained over the many years, Matthias is serving as Director Events finding the best possible options for successful events and quality incentives.

Feel good Manager

Just like Lyra, Arik was adopted from a rescue center and thus complements her pack as a “little brother”. And as it is with siblings, Arik also has to go along with everything Lyra does and therefore strengthens our Feel Good Manager team. As a happy and lively dog he complements it perfectly. He catches you immediately with his good mood. The husky loves to be out and about with his humans and looks forward to discovering the world.

Feel Good Manager

Lyra is a Siberian husky lady and was born in 2018. Her owner adopted her from an animal rescue organisation. She loves long walks, cuddles with her colleagues and food!
