The 5-star hotel is reminiscent of a fairy-tale castle and is located above the picturesque Taunus town of Kronberg in the midst of an impressive park with an adjacent golf course. Elegant function rooms for up to 350 people, “imperial” rooms in a historic ambience and idyllic locations in the extensive castle park await the perfect event.

Highlights

Hotel

Facilities

The hotel was once built by Empress Victoria in 1893 and is still owned by the Landgrave and Princes of Hesse. Exclusive furnishings and an impressive collection of antiques and paintings convey the authentic ambience of a palace from the imperial era. The 61 luxuriously appointed rooms and suites are characterized by the highest contemporary comfort and distinctive style. The 58-hectare park with rose garden and a grotto as well as eight function rooms offer plenty of space for meetings & events. Two restaurants, an open-air beer garden, a bar with fireplace and lounge terrace as well as a spacious summer terrace provide for the physical well-being. For sports enthusiasts, there is an 18-hole golf course and a tennis court on the castle grounds.

Culinary delights

The gourmet restaurant “Victoria” belongs to the top gastronomy in the Taunus and can be found in every restaurant guide for gourmets. Classics of Italian and German cuisine are served in the restaurant “Enrico d’Assia” and business lunches can be enjoyed in the luxurious fine dining room in a private atmosphere. Fresh drinks and hearty snacks can be enjoyed in good weather in the Cottage Biergarten. The bar “Frederick’s” in the castle hotel spoils its guests with classic cocktails, more than 50 types of whiskeys and selected signature drinks.

Business

Eight historic meeting rooms in an imperial, luxurious ambience are available for up to 130 event participants. In addition, there are extraordinary opportunities to make an event an unforgettable experience. For example, the grotto serves as a particularly beautiful location for an outdoor reception; a waterfall behind the cave that flows into a pond creates a perfect backdrop. A suitable staging for teambuilding measures, summer corporate barbecues or standing receptions leaves nothing to be desired.
