More than seven hectares of castle park with its own pond surround the fairy-tale castle, which dates back to the 18th century. The hotel has its own library and many historic rooms. In culinary perspective, the hotel is fully guided by the individual wishes of the guests, fair trade, organic and regional products are used. Since 2014, the castle is a climate related operation and as such strives to actively pursue and live environmental and climate protection. Facilities
One thing is clear about the hotel’s facilities: magnificent and elegant rooms. The 55 hotel rooms, 12 suites and 2 townhouses offer with high-quality bathrooms and furniture as well as loving details, the best comfort. The marble hall inspires guests at breakfast in a rococo ambience. The large castle park can be explored exclusively by hotel guests, as can the hotel’s own library and other state rooms. The castle is predestined as a place for spiritual inspiration due to its idyllic location with a view of the mountain panorama and the Salzburg fortress. A wide selection of different event rooms in a historic atmosphere is available to conference participants.
Culinary delights
The hotel offers a rich breakfast for all guests in a princely ambience. There is no restaurant at Schloss Leopoldskron, but four restaurants are within walking distance. The Meierhof Café is open daily from 6h in the morning until 1h at night and serves alcoholic beverages, coffee specialties and homemade pastries. The castle kitchen is completely dedicated to the wishes of the event participants and prepares individual coffee breaks, buffets or gala dinners from regional-seasonal ingredients.
Business
Historic rooms from 60sqm to 175sqm are offered with nine exclusive meeting and conference rooms for up to 130 people. The unique ambience in combination with modern conference technology, creates a productive atmosphere for new ideas and successful events.
